What were the most magical places you planned a wedding?
My fondness for the beaches of the Philippines will never end… Palawan is one of the specific islands where weddings are held in the Philippines. There are definitely things that make you feel good on this island.
What should brides consider when choosing an invitation designer?
It's important that they work with someone who will understand their vision. I think a good designer should raise the expectations of the guests while giving clues about what will happen at the invitation.
How do you help couples create their dream wedding?
Weddings are extremely personal, so I try to ask the right questions that will get me to know the couple in the first place. This gives me the space not only to design their wedding but also to create a wedding that will mean a lot to them.
What are the most important details that make a wedding unique?
Every couple is unique. On paper, every wedding has the same design elements, but I always add their uniqueness to my creations. I make them feel that the invitation I designed is personalized for their special day.
What advice would you give to young couples planning their wedding?
Let them enjoy the process! The first thing they need to look for in order to experience this pleasure is a team of truly reliable people. A team they will enjoy working with, despite some difficulties they may encounter along the way.
