He paved the way for the symphony in classical music: Who is Tomaso Albinoni?

Admiring the Albinoni, Bach used his themes in his three sonatas.

(1671-1750) Italian composer, although he has continued the Italian musical tradition, some features foreshadow Romanticism in his works that carry form and expression innovations. He was born on June 8, 1671 in Venice. He was the son of a wealthy paper merchant. He received a free education and was brought up as a musician. He worked as a chamber musician for the Duke of Mantua. Little is known about his life. He lived mostly in Venice, only leaving twice, temporarily. He married in 1705. His father's death in 1708 is thought to have harmed his personality. From 1722 to 1740 he composed only operas. It is thought that it has not produced any crops in the last ten years. He died on 17 January 1950 in Venice.

Albinoni is shown among the Italian Dilettanti. Dilettanti is a concept that emerged in the 18th century and means "an amateur admirer of Italian music". He took lessons from Giovanni Legrenzi, the creator of the triple sonata form and the director of a very famous singing school. His first opera, Zenobia, Regina de Palmireni, ("Zenobia, Queen of the Palmablar") was shown in Venice in 1694. By 1740 he composed for theater and instrument and composed 48 operas, most of them in Venice.

Albinoni was a follower of Corelli, the founder of the traditional and classical violin school. However, he was also influenced by Vivaldi, whom he admired. According to Torrefranca, it was the Albino that first introduced the symphony minuet (a three-stroke court dance of French origin, which originated in the 17th century). With the innovations he brought in the field of form, he was counted among the preparers of the symphony style. The themes are agile and lively. It reminds me of Vivaldi. Some features in his works foretell romance long before. Admiring the Albinoni, Bach used his themes in his three sonatas.

Albinoni, whose stage works were highly appreciated during his lifetime, later on, gave a few outstanding examples in the field of instrumental music, and were considered as his most important products.
