Khalil Rafati was born in Ohio, USA. He dropped out of school at a young age and committed crimes such as theft and snatching. In his early 20s, he moved to Los Angeles to become a movie star and forget about the life he left behind. Things seemed to be going well in Los Angeles, where he settled to become a movie star. He didn't become a movie star, but he did open a car salon for sports cars. Moreover, among his clients were names such as Elizabeth Taylor and Oscar-winning actor Jeff Bridges.
