The Prophet and the believers migrated from Mecca to Medina in 622, when Muslims became unable to sit in Mecca. The Muslims of Medina got along very well with the emigrants of Mecca. Thus, the Islamic State of Medina was established. With the establishment of the state, the polytheists began to attack the Muslim people.

The Muslims lost the Battle of Uhud that followed. Finally, the Battle of the Trench was fought and the Muslim people won this battle. In 630, St. Mecca was conquered under the leadership of Muhammad. All of the idols in the Kaaba were broken and the Kaaba became a mosque for Muslims.
