Who are the Men in Black; do they really exist?
Real Men in Black were visiting people who said they had seen an alien or UFO in an "unfriendly" way. But is this fiction or really? Who is the first person to claim that they really exist?
Men in Black will be no stranger to our readers who are interested in cinema. The science fiction-comedy movie starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, which was screened on the big screen in 1997 with the same name, had great success all over the world. In the film, which looks at the concept of aliens, which has become a Hollywood cliché in modern times, from a different perspective, agents working for a secret government organization find people who have somehow come into contact with aliens and erase their memories with extraterrestrial beings. Thus, the order in which “aliens in disguise” and humans lived together without encountering any problems continued. However, the subject of this article is not the fun, funny, and famous Men in Black watched by millions of people all over the world.
In popular culture and UFO conspiracy theories, men in black (MIB) are purported male quasi-government agents dressed in black suits, who question, interrogate, harass, threaten, allegedly memory-wipe or sometimes even assassinate unidentified flying object (UFO) witnesses to keep them silent about what they have seen. The term is also frequently used to describe mysterious men working for unknown organizations, as well as various branches of government allegedly tasked with protecting secrets or performing other strange activities.
The success of the hilarious sci-fi comedy starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones allowed this extraordinary story to become a popular movie franchise. The last movie of the series, “Men in Black: International” was released in 2019.
Agents in a secret government organization known as the Men in Black intervened when people encountered aliens. The memories of people who somehow encountered aliens and witnessed the existence of aliens were erased by the agents so that aliens and humans could continue to live together without any problems.
In short, the task of the Men in Black was to keep the hidden aliens undercover. But there are some striking facts about the Men in Black that you should know…
It is claimed that the formation called Men in Black is a mysterious structure founded in the 1950s that takes on the task of preventing the emergence of aliens, just like in the movie series!
Allegedly, "real Men in Black" visited people who claimed to have seen aliens or UFOs, advising them to "keep their mouths shut."
Of course, this advice was far from friendly! Threats and coercion were among the most common methods used by true Men in Black. However, what is known about this mysterious formation is extremely limited.
However, when combined with the information obtained to date, it can be concluded that the Men in Black are "dark figures", usually in teams of two or three, making unfriendly visits to alien witnesses.
According to some, these people were part of a top-secret government organization. Others believe that these men are actually aliens in human disguise!
Gray Barker (May 2, 1925 – December 6, 1984) was an American writer best known for his books about UFOs and other paranormal phenomena. His 1956 book They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers introduced the notion of the Men in Black to UFOLOGY. Recent evidence indicates that he was skeptical of most UFO claims, and mainly wrote about the paranormal for financial gain. He sometimes participated in hoaxes to deceive more serious UFO investigators.
The most serious claims that Men in Black really exist belong to the author named Gray Barker.
Known for his works on UFOs and other paranormal phenomena, Barker's book titled "They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers" published in 1956 is known as the work that opens the smoke screen on the real Men in Black.
In this book, Baker brought together the stories of alien witnesses visited by the Men in Black and drew the attention of the world to this mysterious formation…
According to Barker, Men in Black first appeared on June 27, 1947, after an event that went on record as the "Maury Island UFO Incident."
In this extraordinary event, a man named Harold Dahl, along with his son Charles, made contact with aliens and photographed them by sheer coincidence on the east coast of Maury Island. However, this experience was rather “ordinary!” for Harold and Charles, considering what they would soon experience.
There are other stories of mysterious men silencing alien witnesses in Gray Barker's acclaimed book.
Albert K. Bender (June 16, 1921 – March 29, 2016), author of the 1962 nonfiction book Flying Saucers and the Three Men, was a ufologist. He served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. He was obsessed with the UFO phenomenon and became a UFO researcher, founding the International Flying Saucer Bureau. In 1965, he founded the Max Steiner Music Society.
Albert Bender, the founder of an organization called the International Flying Saucer Office, wrote an article in the 1953 edition of the journal Space Studies, announcing that he was visited by three men wearing dark suits.
Mysterious visitors had asked Bender to end his research on UFOs. Shortly after this interesting article was published, the International Flying Saucer Bureau was shut down, and Space Studies magazine ceased publication! All of this was seen as the most important evidence of the claims for the existence of the Men in Black.
