Who are the US presidents who studied law?
The United States was founded in 1776. The US Constitution was accepted and the country's first president was George Washington. From its establishment until 2024, 46 presidents served, and 24 of these presidents received law education.
Some presidents' legal education was left unfinished.
George W. Bush was not accepted to law school.
It is seen that the first presidents were closely interested in philosophy, law, and political science, even if they did not receive a technical legal education.
The last president, Joe Biden, also has a law degree.
