Although her clever marketing strategy, image manipulation, forays into extraneous movies, and flirtations with country-pop have at times overshadowed her music career, Parton is actually a country woman and an extremely talented singer/songwriter.

Apart from these, she has also been nominated for Academy, Tony, and Emmy music awards. Additionally, Dolly Parton is the godmother of Miley Cyrus. 76-year-old Dolly Parton shared the secret of skin beauty

The country music star, who celebrated her 76th birthday in January, attributed her gorgeous skin to avoiding the sun as much as possible as a young woman.

Speaking to Insider, Parton said, "I've never been in the sun. I don't have the same issues as women my age because I've never baked myself in the sun. If I could tan, I would, but I couldn't, so now I'm happy."

Parton also said that she does not choose particularly expensive skin care products to ensure that she looks well-rested:

I don't do any big rituals with my skin or anything, and I don't think you have to pay tons of money to have good products.

Many of the less costly products are just as good and sometimes better than those that cost a fortune.

The straightforward singer added:

I don't buy them just because they are brand names. I only buy what works for me.

It turns out the superstar doesn't need as much sleep as most people:

I don't need a lot of sleep. I go to bed quite early, but even if I go to bed late, I feel like 'it's 3 o'clock!' There is a little clock that says:

“I show off some of my best work at night, but I get enough sleep,” Parton added.

I don't need as much sleep as many others, which is kind of a Parton family thing.

The singer explained that her late father, Robert Lee Parton, also woke up very early.

“I'm like daddy,” she said.

"He always woke up early, even if he had to go to bed late."

Typically, Parton likes to wake up early on weekends and prepare a giant Southern breakfast for Carl Dean, her husband of 55 years.

Parton prefers her scrambled eggs especially fluffy, and also loves French toast, bacon, and biscuit gravy.

When they're not in the kitchen, Parton and Dean love going to a fast food restaurant like Taco Bell, and the singer is a big fan of the restaurant's Mexican Pizza.
