Ebru Baybara most recently implemented the Biodegradable Waste Project, which started in Diyarbakır and has spread to many provinces of the country with the slogan "We Improve Life". “Soil to Soil Biodegradable Waste Management Project” is a regenerative agriculture project that includes improving the soil, supporting farmers, and contributing to healthy food production by converting and using biodegradable food waste consisting of vegetables and fruits that appear in the marketplaces into compost. Within the scope of the project, usable foods collected in marketplaces are brought to Soup Kitchens, inspected under the supervision of a food engineer, and used in a 2-stage production as "Canned and Packaged Products" and "Hot Food Production".
