His full name is Henry William Dalgliesh Cavill, he was born on May 5, 1983 in Jersey, Channel Islands. He was born as the fourth of five sons of his family. His mother, Marianne Dalgliesh, who works in a bank, is of Scottish, English and Irish descent. His father, Colin Cavill, is a former stockbroker.
