Lisa Michelle Bonet is an American actress. She was born in San Francisco as the child of African-American opera singer Allen Bonet and Jewish-American music teacher Arlene Litman.

She attended Birmingham High School in Van Nuys. She studied acting at the Celluloid Actor's Studio in North Hollywood.

She rose to fame with her role as Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show, which began in 1984.

Bonet, who became a well-known actress thanks to this role she started playing during her high school years, also played the role of Denise in A Different World, a spin-off series of the Cosby Show. This series focused on Denise's college years.

Lilakoi Moon (born Lisa Michelle Bonet; November 16, 1967), known professionally as Lisa Bonet, is an American actress. She had her first cinema experience in 1987 with the movie Angel Heart.

Although she changed her name to Lilakoi Moon in 1995, she continued to use the name Lisa Bonet in films.

She starred in the movie Enemy of the State in 1998. Her first marriage was with singer Lenny Kravitz in 1987, and they separated in 1993. From this marriage, Zoë Kravitz was born in 1988.

The actress, who started living with Jason Momoa in 2005 and got married in 2007, had two more children, Lola Iolani Momoa and Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa.
