Tansu Yegen was born in 1966 in Istanbul. He is currently the Vice President of UiPath Europe.

In 1985, he graduated from the German High School, which provides German education in Turkey. He graduated from Boğaziçi University, one of the most important universities in Turkey, in Electronics Engineering. He is fluent in English and German.

TANSU YEGEN'S WORK LIFE

Tansu Yegen started his career at Digital Equipment in 1991 and became Hewlett Packard Turkey Sales and Marketing Manager 3 years later.

Having assumed the position of Marketing Manager of Microsoft Turkey in 1998, Tansu Yegen continued his duty at Microsoft as Assistant General Manager as of 1999. The "Solution for SMEs 2000 Project", which was carried out with the Microsoft team during the 7 years he worked at the company, was selected as the "Best Practice" among 245 project evaluations around the world.

In the following years, Tansu Yegen worked as the General Manager of Apple, Turkcell Ukraine, Turkcell Europe, and IBM, respectively, and worked as the Vice President of Mobile Products Department at Samsung Turkey between 2013-2018. Since 2018, he has been working as the European Vice President responsible for over 30 countries at UiPath, the world's leading company in robotic process automation and artificial intelligence.

Tansu Yegen, General Manager of the software company UiPath Turkey, which continues its work on robotic process automation, became the head of the region where 30 countries are located.

UiPath Turkey General Manager Tansu Yegen has been appointed as the head of the region covering 30 countries including Turkey, Russia, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Israel, Lithuania, and Ukraine. Istanbul was chosen as the center of this 30-country region.

Continuing to work in the corporate robotic process automation market, UiPath's software robots adapt to institutions and can perform tasks that employees find boring, faster, and without errors. In this way, while productivity increases in institutions, the tasks in the IT department are realized much easier.
