Her real name is Victoria Caroline Adams, she was born on April 17, 1974 in Harlow, Essex, England. She was born the eldest of three children to her mother, Jacqueline Doreen Cannon, a former insurance officer and hairdresser, and Anthony William Adams, whose father was an electronics engineer. Victoria has a sister named Louise and a brother named Christian Adams.
Growing up in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire, Victoria decided to pursue her musical career after watching the musical drama "Fame" in 1980. She was enrolled by her parents, Jason Theater School.
